Taking a Leap of Faith - in Myself...

I'm taking a leap. I am entering the world of freelance work and self-employment taxes. Whether or not this decision will create more stress than working in some of the, um, "strange" situations I've worked in will obviously be determined at some point. But somehow I don't think it will.

Anyone need any lines drawn?

Hey, Nice blog... I love your candid look at architecture. I just started a blog of my own to help address intern issues – If you get a chance stop and let me know what you think (http://internarchitectdb.blogspot.com/).

As for lines to drawn, you should look into drawing as-builts for GC’s completing projects. I know this is not glamorous but it pays more than you could imagine. Plus there is rarely a deadline, no code issues and no law suits. Your employer wouldn’t even mind that.
